We are committed to provide a high level of Health and Safety to all employees which is evidenced in our record of zero major incidents or near misses during 2011.

All employees are issued with Health and Safety booklets, are registered with CSCS cards and PAT testing of their tools where required. Regular Tool Box talks are held on specific risks and Health and
Safety.

Site specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments are provided for each project prior to commencement of work. MTL’s commitment is endorsed by the fact that the Company is an accredited member of CHAS and the management team is trained to the IOSH certificate standard.

This award also encompasses the fact that MTL have worked on numerous projects for Mansell and have consistently provided good service on each project with a high standard of workmanship despite some challenging programme restraints.

Since 2002 MTL have worked on fifty-five projects for Mansell which underpins the synergy between the Companies.

An attractive housing development set in Pennington on the edge of the New forest. For the New Forest District Council – Comprised 4 three bedroom town houses and 6 two bedroom house, MTL were the main decorating contractors for the internal decoration works to each property.
